Thank you to the 60 volunteers who are helping gather native seeds from our park prairies and pollinator lawns! Seeds gathered from Switchgrass, Indian Grass, Bee Balm and Coneflower will be used to propagate starts for next spring’s planting season, as well as for winter sowing.

If you’d like to get in on this gentle, contemplative volunteer project, sign up for the final event Thursday, October 7, 5:30-7:00 pm, Trout Brook Nature Sanctuary (1200 Jackson St).

Volunteers like you make the award-winning difference to our park system!

Registration: Pre-registration is required. Please register here.
